We offer a variety of services to schools and school districts, including professional development workshops, instructional coaching, and executive coaching.

Instructional Coaching

Our workshops are high energy, interactive, and practical! In each workshop, participants not only learn about, but experience instructional strategies and techniques that they can incorporate into the classroom right away!

Live, Virtual, and Hybrid Support

Whatever the learning model, we are happy to accommodate! We present workshops and coaching in person or virtually using the platform of your choice. In addition, we utilize a hybrid approach of a blend of in-person and virtual learning opportunities when appropriate.

One of the most effective ways to improve instruction is through seeing it demonstrated in the classroom. Utilizing teh gradual release of responsibility model, we provide in-class demonstrations, co-teaching, and observation and feedback for teachers.

Our workshops and coaching are build around your needs. Our presenters work with you directly to determine your needs and create a support plan that fits your specific needs.

We specialize in teaching English learners/emergent bilinguals, incorporation of social emotional learning into instruction, literacy instruction, and writing across the curriculum.
